Take them ice skating!

It might come as a surprise, but Athens has several ice rinks:

Copa Copana

A water park in the summer, when the temps start to fall Copa Copana becomes Athens biggest winter playground, offering a wide variety of family friendly activities. The ice rink is open from mid November until March.

Kosmopolis

Odeon Kosmopolis, one of the most popular entertainment multiplexes in the northern suburbs offers 27,000 square meters of cinemas, shops, restaurants and cafeterias, in addition to their ice skating rink. The rink is open from mid November until March.
